Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change and therefore we offer a staggered cancellation policy as follows:
Workshops
Cancellations made 3 weeks or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 1 - 3 weeks will incur a 30% fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a 40% fee.
Cancellations made within 2 - 6 days will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations with less that 48hrs notice will incur an 80%fee.
Craft Weekends
Cancellations made 10 weeks or more in advance of the weekend, will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 - 10 weeks will incur a 30% fee.
Cancellations made within 5 - 7 weeksof the event will incur a 40% fee.
Cancellations made within 2 - 5 weeks of the event will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made within 8 - 13 days of the event will incur a 80% fee.
Cancellations with less that 7 days notice will incur an 100% fee.
In the event that Ashes & Oak are able to fill the cancellation, customers will receive a full refund in all cases.
Unforeseen circumstance may occur which may unfortunately require us to cancel an event. This is not a casual consideration, but a cancellation may need to be made.
Ashes & Oak reserves the right to cancel any event. Should an event be cancelled by Ashes & Oak, all registration fees paid will be refunded. Ashes & Oak will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by attendees such as airfare, hotel or other travel expenses.
Weather related cancellations will be at the discretion of Ashes & Oak.
Generally the event will go on unless there is a State of Emergency declared by the government. If bad weather is expected, please plan your travel accordingly. Decisions to cancel will be made Ashes & Oak 24 hours prior to the opening of the event and will be communicated by email to registrants.
